Here is my KLR with the gas tank, seat and side panels
removed for easier access to carb.
Carb right before pulling it right apart, really only
need to remove black cover on top to drill hole in
vacumm slide & replace needle from kit, and remove
bottom float bowl to replace jet
I pulled it right apart to clean it, replaced main
jet to 42,drilled vacumm hole on slide w/ supplied
drill bit from dyno jet. Recently replaced Jet to
50, supertrapp ids2 12 plates.
not much to compare new K&N, old greasy stock one way
over due of a replace
